Investigations
When requested,
Child AbuseWatch investigates child abuse cases. We also
track and monitor absconded offenders.
Our investigators
are not law enforcement agents. They are
designated 'Child Protection Special Investigators' employed
by One Child International Inc.,
with an 'in-house investigator'
status. Identification is provided
verifying this.
Our
team, referred to by the name given to them by an offender they investigated as Los Lobos
(the Wolves), provide their welcome expertise and
time to Child AbuseWatch on
a voluntary basis. Child AbuseWatch does not charge a
fee for the assignments we accept.
How we do it
Child AbuseWatch investigates cases 'at arms length,' meaning
we have no direct contact
with the person(s) being
investigated. Collected data, photos, background information, research and case-files
are passed onto law enforcement - local, State and
Federal - for action. On rare occasions, such as the
case below, do we publish our findings. Most of our
work is carried
out privately.
Our Investigators
Our U.S. field investigators are armed under Florida
Statute 790.06, with a
personal State-issued license to carry concealed side-arms; they
are bound by and follow the rules and protocols
that go
with their license. Two are retired combat-experienced
military personnel and another
is a former Federal
Marshal. Our other investigators include child abuse
specialists (forensic) and computer experts who have the ability to
find people and data quickly.
George Gibney, former Irish Olympic
Swimming Coach,
accused and documented pedophile and child rapist.
